    I am writing to you to tell you something special about one of your real estate brokers. In a time and age where friendship and trust do not accompany business transactions, you have a realtor working in your office who believes these very values are the essence of good business practices.
    I contacted this broker in the summer and told her I was thinking about selling my townhouse. She looked through the MLS files and told me the price of townhouses that were selling in and around my neighborhood. She put no pressure on me and told me the conditions of the market. I put off the sale for several months and then I decided to sell in the beginning of November. I was aware that the market was more of a buyers market, but I was not in a hurry to sell. Several real estate agents from your office came through my townhouse and none of them thought I would get the price I was asking.
    The next day, a contract was offered on the townhouse at the full asking price with the only stipulation-to vacate by the thanksgiving weekend. All my close friends and relatives were out of town. I was thinking the whole thing was impossible, since I was teaching full time, attending classes for my masters in the evening, and was scheduled to fly out of town on thanksgiving. My realtor came over that night and spent several hours with me playing financial advisor, consultant and friend that night as we sipped tea. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of the situation. Her estimate of all my costs was very close to the actual figures.
    She is always a phone call away and always follows through. I have enlisted her services more than once. She has become my family broker, just like most people have a family doctor, and hairdresser. She is a rare combination of the right amount of optimism with a touch of realism, sprinkled with trust and genuine caring. This agent is Toni Keener.

    I am writing to share with you the recent and very pleasant experience we had with one of your brokers, Toni Keener. My daughter bought her house in Highlands Ranch from Toni three years ago. She has recently moved to St. Louis, therefore we wished to put the house on the market. Due to the positive experience that Katherine had with Toni previously, we contacted her regarding selling the property. The house needed some repairs, repainting and re-carpeting was necessary and there were structural and other repairs/refinishing work to be done in the basement. Since Katherine and I both live in St. Louis, I asked Toni of she would be willing to help to help arrange for some of this work to be done. She not only agreed but assumed full responsibility for having all of the worked preformed. Everything was completed quickly, with good quality workmanship and at a reasonable cost. In addition, she arranged for a moving company and the final cleaning and trash hauling such that the house showed very well and sold within a very short time. Without Toni’s help, it is likely that the house would still not have reached the marketplace.
    My wife and I have bought and sold 13 homes in Colorado, Utah, St. Louis and the Caribbean in the past 20 years. Several of those homes were in the $1-2 million price range. No real estate agent with whom we have ever been involved has come close to providing the superior level of service that we experienced with Toni. In addition to her willingness to go out of her way for us, we found her to be extremely friendly and a delight to deal with.

Dear Toni,

    This is a much belated "thank you" for all that you did, particularly on closing day, to help us with the sale of our house. I hope we expressed our appreciation throughout the process but it was a huge relief to be done, and we thank you. You were our champion in the end, and ensured that we would close on time. We have heard from our back-door neighbors/friends that the new owner is there and settling in. While we occasionally have pangs for Golden, our friends, our former house, we are glad to be here with family, reconnection with old friends, and settling in to our new home & community.     Toni Keener proved to be a most adept agent and wonderful friend during our need to sell our home and move out of the state of Colorado. She was always empathetic, and a truly caring person that ensured that she did everything in her power to give the very best for her clients. Her assistance in setting a workable price that would allow the house to sell for maximum return without undue delay was invaluable. Toni fretted over the setting of the price much more than we did, but her concern over asking the proper amount was greatly appreciated.
    Although our home sold after a mere five days on the market, a remarkable feat given the current conditions, it was not without drama. The agent representing the buyers proved to have a stone ear when it came to meeting the mutual needs of her clients as well as those of the sellers. Toni handled this with grace and dignity that can only come from within. Finally the transaction was complete, and we knew that we had chosen wisely with Toni as our representative.
    Toni also was a wonderful resource for the rest of our move. Through her own contacts she put us in touch with a wonderful agent who helped us find our new home in California. She also introduced us to her own mortgage team, who helped us through the process of obtaining a new mortgage, without even being personally present in the state of California. One might think this would be a source of concern, but the transaction proceeded smoothly.
We would not hesitate in recommending Toni Keener as an agent or as a friend.
