Office Administrator for the Devonshire Office
This office is looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual with the experience and the confidence necessary to effectively maintain a busy real estate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain high level of customer service between office and agents.
- Assist managing broker in day to day tasks of running a successful office.
- Partner with managing broker to communicate effectively on all levels with agents, staff and home office. (Must possess good communication skills)
- Troubleshoot agent/staff problems in a timely manner.
- Supervise office staff, prior management experience is required.
- Assist Listing/Sales Coordinator in processing and closing out files where necessary.
- Fill in at receptionist desk when necessary.
- Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and maintaining good record keeping.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies and ensure office is running smoothly.
The successful candidate must:
- Have strong computer skills
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word plus the ability to quickly learn additional programs
- Be detail oriented while dealing with interruptions in fast paced environment.
- Be a strong self motivator and team motivator
- Possess excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
Our Devonshire office, located in the heart of Cherry Creek North, has an active agent base of approximately 100 agents. It is classified as a Previews office which specializes in selling high end multi million dollar properties.
