COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – July 19, 2012 –
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs is participating in the city’s 2012 Springs in Bloom flower bed adoption program. The company’s leading broker associates, support personnel, and representatives from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s mortgage and title affiliates, have adopted a flower bed in the corner of Platte and University, and have planted and will maintain the bed throughout the summer.
“The city’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department looks for individuals, families, clubs and businesses to adopt any of approximately 60 flower beds located throughout Colorado Springs,” said Zane Whitfield, managing broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Flowers are purchased by the city from private greenhouses and are provided free to all volunteer adopter groups. It will be fun caring for our flower bed using guidelines provided by the city. It’s a great program that adds color and a special ambiance to the city.”
