The dynamic father and daughter duo bring a wealth of business experience to the partnership, with particular expertise in the southeast metro area. Both are members of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

After working in Denver's commercial real estate industry for 15 years, Speer joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2004. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and attended the University of Texas and Colorado State University. Speer grew up in Denver and attended Cherry Creek High School.
Larry Broadway joined Coldwell Banker earlier this year following a successful sales career in the IT industry. He has lived in Denver for 35 years and earned his Masters degree in physics from the University of Texas.
