LOVELAND - Carol Crowder, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Loveland, was recently honored with a Million Dollar Circle Award for outstanding new construction sales during the Northern Colorado MAME Awards gala held recently in Greeley. Crowder has also earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.
The MAME Awards are sponsored annually by the Sales & Marketing Council of the National Association of Homebuilders, Northern Colorado Chapter. MAME Awards represent Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence and are nationally recognized awards that include recognition for real estate professionals who list and sell newly constructed homes.
The prestigious GRI designation requires 90 hours of coursework in topics ranging from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law. Less than 20 percent of real estate agents worldwide have earned the GRI designation, which represents to consumers that the Realtor has completed training that benefits home buyers and sellers alike.
Carol Crowder earned her real estate license in 2004 and is a member of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors. A recognized specialist in the marketing of luxury homes, Crowder currently serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Northern Colorado, including selling new homes through Coldwell Banker’s exclusive Previews program at the Garnet Valley Acres luxury home community.
Crowder earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado. Her background includes serving as an aerobics instructor and substitute teacher, and she is currently active in a coordinating role with the Thompson Valley High School band. Crowder will be traveling to Scotland this August to support her son as he competes in the world bagpipe competition.
