DENVER - Kevin Risen, Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado, is celebrating 30 years of leadership in the real estate business. The Coldwell Banker executive has achieved numerous milestones throughout his distinguished career, including top-producer awards as a broker associate and national recognition as a premier managing broker. As Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Risen leads and directs the branch management team for all of the company's 13 Colorado locations from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
Kevin Risen is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and the Aurora Association of Realtors (AAR) where he served as past president and chairman of the grievance committee. He is also a member of, and past Grievance Committee Chairman for the Colorado Association of Realtors. He belongs to the Denver Metro Council of Commercial Realtors, and Risen is a newly appointed director of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He emceed this year's AAR inaugural celebration. Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he served the company as Regional Vice President.

Risen's background includes positions with the former Moore and Company and Van Schaack, both leading real estate firms that became part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Education from Illinois State University and is active with numerous charities sponsored by the local Coldwell Banker foundation, including Habitat for Humanity, its preferred charity. Risen earned his real estate license in 1978 and holds special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.
