Dale Carroll, a top-producing real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southeast Metro office in Greenwood Village, has been elected upcoming chairman of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). Carroll will be installed as chairman of SMDRA in late 2013, serving as the organization’s top executive throughout 2014.
For more than 50 years, SMDRA has been providing real estate professionals with the resources they need to help them grow and prosper in the highly competitive real estate business. As SMDRA chairman, Carroll will lead the organization’s board of directors and membership as they strive to improve and maximize member benefits, enhance educational resources, and establish initiatives and policies to the benefit of the community and membership alike. A Colorado native, Carroll earned his real estate license in 2001. He is a certified Previews property specialist recognizing particular expertise in the marketing of luxury. Carroll also serves the diverse real estate needs of clients in all price ranges. He has garnered several awards for superior sales production throughout his distinguished career. Carroll currently serves on SMDRA’s board of directors and has served as chairman of the organization’s Realtor Issues Review and Recommendation Task Force.
