Dale Carroll, a top-producing real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greenwood Village, has been elected chairman of the Realtor Issues Review and Recommendation Task Force for the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). The Task Force reviews issues that are of concern to Realtors and makes recommendations based on association guidelines to the SMDRA board of directors for subsequent support.
Carroll earned his real estate license in 2001 and currently serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout the metro Denver area. A Colorado native, he is a Previews Property Specialist recognizing particular expertise in the marketing of luxury homes. Carroll has earned several awards for superior sales production and has based his successful real estate business on working "smart" complimented by superior customer service. He enjoys music and plays the drums, percussion instruments and the trumpet.
The Realtor Issues Review and Recommendation Committee conducts affairs on issues that may arise as a result of actions of an organization or governmental body within SMDRA's area of service. Areas of consideration include ballot measures, legislative ordinances, amendments, policy statements and resolutions as they impact real property rights and the free enterprise system within SMDRA's service region, among other issues. Carroll was appointed to a three-year term by SMDRA's chairman of the board.
