Don Hartley, a leading real estate professional, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at its North Metro office in Westminster as a broker associate.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Hartley worked as a Realtor in California, selling homes, land and agricultural properties in the Sierra Foothills wine country. He owned a ranch-themed bed and breakfast and started a small winery on the property located halfway between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe in the heart of "Gold Rush Country."
Hartley has lived in Colorado on two other occasions prior to returning to the state once more in 2005. Members of his family have been residents of the Denver area for more than 50 years. Hartley is happy to be back in the Rocky Mountain region and will now serve the residential real estate needs of clients throughout Westminster and Broomfield, among other communities. He is active with youth baseball and umpires for the Jefferson County Junior Baseball League for 8-14-year-old children.
