Martinez earned her real estate license in 1992 and is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. She has built her career around residential and commercial real estate marketing, sales, leasing, development, and project management. Martinez joined McBroom Company in 2000, a real estate development, brokerage and management company, where she worked on new projects in residential condominiums, senior housing, office, and mixed-use retail with a particular focus on buyer and tenant representation. Martinez is an active supporter of Brent’s Place, an organization that benefits kids with cancer while providing homes for families. She earned bachelor’s degree from Regis University and enjoys living in downtown Denver, the majestic Rocky Mountains, traveling, and spending time with her family.
