FORT COLLINS - Mike and Marie Edwards and Wendy Parker, leading broker associates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Collins, recently attended a special event hosted by the Fort Collins Housing Authority's Resident Services committee for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and the local Realtor community. Purpose of the event was to make real estate professionals aware of the services available through the Fort Collins Housing Authority (FCHA) and how the organization helps provide housing for qualified recipients in Northern Colorado.
Mike and Marie Edwards and Wendy Parker are members of the FCHA's Resident Services committee. The event was co-sponsored by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and several other Coldwell Banker associates attended and helped with the event. The Edwards and Parker are also S.H.O.P. certified affordable housing designees. Other programs were also promoted during the gathering, including the group's annual community Christmas project and the Soul of the City fundraiser scheduled for September 13, 2008.
