The Greatest Presentation Isn't One May 12, 2008 10 am - 1 pm. Looking for the edge? Looking to give the greatest presentation known to mankind (or womankind)? Then, don't give a presentation - perform a consultation. This class is designed to stop the madness of the 56 page listing presentation and an agent's fixation with flipping all the pages. You will learn the Fats Waller method of consultation: "Find out what they like and how they like it, and give it to them just that way." Upon completion of this class, you will no longer torture your potential Sellers with needlessly long presentations. Instead you will delight them by your focus, knowledge and ability to meet their every need.
Certified Negotiating Specialist: Negotiating Musts. May 19, 2008 10 am - 1 pm. Looking to create a significant difference between you and every other agent on the planet? You can separate yourself through your ability to negotiate to help your client achieve their goals. This class will give you tips that you can use immediately to develop the negotiating edge and create the win/win. You will learn 1) when negotiating actually begins and how to position yourself before you have begun 2) The Four Principles used by every great negotiator and how they relate to MUCH more than just an inspection issue 3) You will learn how to create and/or gain power in a negotiation and what to do when faced with someone in a more powerful position 4) You will learn to negotiate like a child 5) You will learn a dozen effective strategies and how to counter them if they are used on you AND earn the Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Specialist Designation.
Do Buyers Really Lie? May 29, 2008 10 am - 1 pm. If you have always thought or heard that Buyers Are Liars, you may want to rethink. Buyers come in two types: those who know what they want and those who have no clue. Each needs to be handled differently. This class will explore ways in which we can help Buyers understand the market, the process, wants and needs and the selection. At the end of this class you will be able to better relate to your Buyers and will become more efficient with them.
