FORT COLLINS - An estimated 1,000 clients, guests, family members, and broker associates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently attended Coldwell Banker's annual Client Appreciation Picnic held at Fossil Creek Park in Fort Collins. Hosted by Coldwell Banker offices in Fort Collins and Loveland, the annual get-together showcases a tasty barbeque lunch, fun games and activities for children, and a friendly environment that enables Coldwell Banker agents and their clients to interact on a personal level that helps create clients and friendships for life.
"We had awesome weather and a terrific turnout for our annual Client Appreciation Picnic," said Chris Hardy, Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Collins. "Children enjoyed a bungee trampoline, a jumping castle, climbing wall, sponge race, and hula-hooping. Everyone in attendance satisfied their appetites on brats, burgers, barbeque chicken, potato and green salads, and cookies for dessert, plus a variety of soft beverages. We really enjoy hosting this annual event and the response from clients has been tremendous."
