New Coldwell Banker Cable TV Show

ColoradoHomes Cable TV Show

Reaches Nearly a Million Views Daily Throughout Colorado

DENVER - It's the only real estate television show of its kind in Colorado. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the state's leading real estate company, has introduced its exciting new Comcast Cable television show broadcast each Saturday morning at 8 a.m. on Comcast Channel 5, and Sunday through Friday at 8 p.m. on Comcast Channel 20. The television show is the premier marketing tool for real estate in Colorado with 24/7 permanent exposure of properties in a vibrant, real-world format with sight, sound, and motion.

The 30-minute real estate show includes a wealth of Coldwell Banker listings throughout metro Denver and along Colorado's Front Range, plus special guests and Coldwell Banker executives addressing a variety of topics that educate consumers on market trends, developments, and more. Hosted by Chris Mygatt, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado, the show reaches more than 950,000 Comcast viewers from Pueblo to the Wyoming border and as far west as Vail each day for two consecutive weeks before a brand new show is developed and broadcast.

"No other real estate company is doing anything quite like this to my knowledge in Colorado," said Mygatt. "The show is designed to increase our already high profile presence in Colorado through the electronic media. Reaching nearly a million people each day provides a significant marketing advantage to our home buyers and sellers who chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. One of our most recent shows featured nearly 90 Coldwell Banker listings ranging from very affordable condominiums to million-dollar-plus Previews properties in master-planned communities. We hope to have Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper and Erin Toll, Director of the Colorado Real Estate Commission, as special guests on upcoming shows. The Coldwell Banker Comcast TV Show is also a lot of fun, and it provides yet another great outlet for our agents to showcase many of their finest properties at a remarkably affordable price. The show is an excellent way to sell real estate faster through the power of television."

Plans are currently being made to feature special topics and political insight on the show during July and August to coincide with the Democratic National Convention this summer at the Colorado Convention Center.
