DENVER - More than 150 broker associates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently completed a rigorous three-day course on "Power Pricing, Positioning and Presentation" designed to help real estate professionals sell homes in today's market. Presented by Jay Schweppe and Denise Riordan, vice presidents of Strategic Initiatives, the course entailed powerful new directions in real estate marketing that will help Coldwell Banker agents and their home selling clients during soft market conditions.
The Power of the Presentation course will help Coldwell Banker agents explain market forces to sellers and set prices that will generate action, resulting in getting the highest price for the seller in the shortest period of time. Agents learned new, highly effective real estate vocabulary to help them and their sellers in the marketing process. Those who took the course are better able to create and use market statistics to explain current market conditions, and discovered an approach that sells houses in days, instead of weeks and months.
"This was a truly dynamic course and one that can help jump-start real estate careers," said Chris Mygatt, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado. "We constantly strive to provide the training necessary to give our agents a clear, concise, dramatic way of talking about the market. Helping educate home sellers about today's realities is a win/win situation for everyone. It was a very valuable seminar and we are pleased that so many Coldwell Banker agents successfully completed the course."
