BOULDER - Sue Pratt, a leading broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Boulder, has earned the EcoBroker certification recognizing the successful completion of stringent education courses related to environmental technologies, energy efficiency, and other "Green" issues that impact the real estate business and our planet.
EcoBrokers are equipped with additional energy and environmental information and tools that help them provide added value to all of their real estate transactions. EcoBroker training helps real estate agents address the newest topics in real estate, such as "green" home certification like Energy Star Qualified Homes, energy-efficiency, and sustainable design. The EcoBroker designation also assists real estate agents in working through issues that may arise in real estate transactions, such as mold, radon, and poor indoor air quality, and subsequently providing real solutions on these problems. EcoBrokers understand the value of energy efficiency, environmental technologies, reduced liabilities, and sustainable design in real estate.
Sue Pratt earned her real estate license in 1977 and currently serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Boulder County and surrounding areas. She holds numerous special designations in real estate related to nearly every segment of the business. Pratt earned her B.A. degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is a Certified Notary Public. In addition to her EcoBroker certification, she is a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Trans National Certified as a Relocation Specialist, and she is an AMPI member recognized and in good standing as being a trusted broker within the Professional Association of Mexico. Coldwell Banker has also recognized Pratt as a Certified Previews Specialist with particular expertise in marketing luxury homes. She was co-owner of Pratt Construction from 1977 to 1995, building more than 100 homes in Boulder County.
Pratt is active in her community and a member of a broad spectrum of professional and charitable organizations, including the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, and the Boulder Historical Society. She supports the Boulder Hospice, the Emergency Family Assistance Association, Juvenile Diabetes Association, the Boy Scouts, the Sense of Security Breast Cancer Facility, and many other worthwhile entities.
