Vanity Email Address Rules

1. Vanity email addresses will be available on a first come first serve basis only.
2. There will be no buying, selling, or trading of email addresses.
3. There will be no "wait list" or reserving of email addresses. If an email address is available, it will be assigned at the time requested. If a requested address is not available, the agent will be so notified.
4. Vanity email addresses may be based on names only. In other words, we will not assign email addresses like "#1 in Colorado@coloradohomes.com".
5. Team name email addresses will be available, but they can be assigned only to a specific individual, not a team distribution list. (This is required by policy - every email address has to have a responsible individual behind it.) If a Team name is specified, please let us know if this is to be their primary address or an alias.
6. An agent or team may buy as many vanity email addresses as they want, but only one can be assigned as their primary email address. If multiple vanity addresses are purchased please specify the address to be set as the primary.
7. The agent will pay $5.00 to set up a vanity email addresses and $12.00 per year per address to maintain it for as long as he/she maintains that email address. There is no contractual obligation, but the minimum service length is effectively one year since the billing will be on an annual basis in July of each year, with no early termination refunds. Start up of an email address will be prorated to the next July.
8. Only coloradohomes.com email addresses are available. We will not set up email addresses from any other domain. For Commercial Agents we will set up Vanity Email addresses in their Domain NRTColorado.com.
9. Ordering is done through the Office Administrator and the trouble ticket system, or at the time of association through the normal paperwork process. When opening a help ticket for this service please provide the following information: Vanity Email address requested (XXXXX@ColoradoHomes.com) User's Full Name.

Will this address be their primary or an alias?

Last night Realogy finalized an agreement with Yahoo which will enable Realogy residential brands to distribute listings on yahoo.com. Realogy released the announcement below earlier today. NRT will be issuing a more comprehensive communication next week, in the mean time we wanted to share 3 key points:

1. The distribution of Realogy listings will be implemented this fall. 2. The Realogy agreement will place NRT listings on Yahoo classifieds. 3. The Yahoo agreement is somewhat analogous to the agreements we have with Google and Trulia. Leads will flow from Yahoo through our local company websites and LeadRouter.

We are very excited about adding Yahoo to our already impressive online presence. More information to come next week.
