AVP3 "Client Appreciation Events" Proves to be Record Breaking Success

Over 700 plus Attend Client Appreciation Picnic in Fort Collins recently as apart of the Coldwell Banker's Client Appreciate Picnic held July 21st at Fossil Creek Park in south Fort Collins. Sponsored annually by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Fort Collins and Loveland, the fun-filled event included games, giveaways, goodies, and great food for Coldwell Banker clients, their families, and friends. The picnic is Coldwell Banker’s way of saying "Thank You" to the many valued clients that have contributed to the company's great success in Northern Colorado.

More Than 1,300 Attend Night at Sky Sox in Colorado Springs Over 1,300 Coldwell Banker agents, clients, and friends recently enjoyed the leading real estate company's inaugural Client Appreciation Night at the Sky Sox held on Tuesday, July 24th in Colorado Springs as apart of the AVP. The event, compliments of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, brought associates and their clients together in a great ball park environment as a ways of saying "Thank You" for their business.

Nearly 10,000 Shatter Record at CB Night at the Rockies As apart of the AVP Night at the Rockies we successfully shattered a Coors Field record for attendance by a single affiliated group with a total of 9,749 attendees during Coldwell Banker's annual Night at the Rockies on Tuesday, July 24th. The evening’s festivities included recognition of the group over the Coors Field public address system, introduction of Coldwell Banker executives on the field, and a rousing rendition of the National Anthem performed by David Walsh, a broker associate from our West Office.

The night was a huge success and everyone just raved about the evening. Everyone was very excited about participating, and the Night at the Rockies is a great opportunity for Coldwell Banker agents. Casey Sauer of our North Metro office led all Coldwell Banker associates with a total of 275 clients, friends, and family members in attendance. She was followed by Coldwell Banker's Chuck Gadway also of our North Metro office with 150 guests who both won the contest to go on the field for the pre-game festivities.

Prior to the 7:00 p.m. game, we recognized our top 25 individuals and top 25 teams for the second quarter of 2007 on the Club Level of Coors Field. I extend many thanks and congratulations to all those who participated and made for a tremendous success during each Client Appreciation Event.
