Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage honored the company's top-producing broker associates and sales teams during its annual Awards Ceremony held January 22nd at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Hundreds of enthusiastic broker associates from throughout metro Denver and along Colorado's Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs attended the gala event honoring the company's highest achievers for 2006. The awards celebration convened immediately following Coldwell Banker's 2007 Colorado Business Conference held at the Colorado Convention Center.

The awards gala kicked off with professional singers followed by a robust big screen presentation complete with sirens and spotlights. The evening included a Broadway "Cats" routine, a Phantom of the Operator character, and professional dancers. Following the ceremony, attendees enjoyed a catered dinner and spirits, plus an evening of fun and music featuring The Nacho Men performing high energy rock & roll.
The Coldwell Banker Business Conference, held during the day at the Colorado Convention Center, was headlined by Rick DeLuca, a nationally known keynote speaker from Buffani and Company, who presented "Generating Quality Leads in Today's Real Estate Market." The conference included nearly 20 breakout sessions focused on various topics, including technology, marketing customer service, Internet marketing and more. Attendees networked with hundreds of Coldwell Banker agents from throughout Colorado and adjoining states.
