CBRB Home Office Consolidates Space, Resources and Efficiencies in New Office Location Effective May 25th

I am proud to announce exciting news that the home office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has moved as of May 25th. Our new home office located in Tower One of the Colorado Business Center at I-25 and Evans (just south of Dave and Busters) is smaller, less expensive and designed for efficiency and synergy. Our new office address is 2000 South Colorado Boulevard, Tower One, Suite 7500, Denver, Colorado 80222. Furthermore, it will mean easy access right off I-25, high tech advancements and an environment that will allow for our home office employees to feed off each other's synergies. The main home office phone number remains the same at 303-409-1500, with direct lines to specific departments also remaining unchanged.

We have been looking for a high profile location that suits our technology needs and space requirements for several months, and this location on South Colorado Boulevard is excellent. We have achieved our distinction as Colorado's leading real estate firm by constantly moving forward, improving our facilities, and opening offices in premier locations that best serve our clients and broker associates. We all look forward to getting settled into our new space without skipping a beat for our agents and their business.
