• If a photo is too small, it will still not print well if you resize it. Resizing does not add digital information to the existing photo. If a photo is too small it has to be re-photographed at a higher resolution. That is the only solution.
• As for photos where the property is being cropped out of the photo, try having the photo taken professionally at a different angle and at a far enough distance to capture the entire property in the frame.
• All photos should be professionally taken at 300 dpi and be no less than 3x 2.5 in size.
• When all else fails, try a water color, they capture the property just as well as a photo and you do not have to worry about weather issues.
• Remember, Previews properties are high end, so photos of the property should be high end as well.
• VIC (Virtual Imaging Corporation) and Obeo are two great resources for getting professional photography done. Also ask around your office and find out what other companies Agents are using for photography.

Listed below are the prices for Merrill to Inkjet and mail the agent copies of the 2007 Previews Portfolios. You will need to contact your Previews Coordinator to coordinate the ordering of the actual portfolios.
You would need to supply us your address database. We can inkjet the addresses directly onto the piece and mail as is. No outside envelope is required. The address file in excel format needs to be sent to Linda Beuning at linda.beuning@merrillcorp.com along with a credit card payment.
Mailing publications to your mailing list is at a cost to you, the company does not pay to cover your own personal mailings. Merrill can also use your personal address database that is on file, however Linda needs to know the file name. You must also let her know where you want your Portfolios mailed before each publication. Merrill will not automatically mail portfolios to your list every time your order portfolios.
Linda would like to be informed of this request as soon as you submit your specific ordering information to your Previews Coordinator. Under the ship to area on the Order form, it should also state: Merrill to Mail to Agent Supplied Mail List

Question: I am trying to place an order on cbmarketingtools.com for Previews materials. I have several Previews properties that range from $550,000 to $660,000. When I try to place an order it will not let me. It tells me that I am not in the price qualifications range. I am in the price qualifications range, but for the Region II pricing. How would I go about placing an order?
Answer: Have the agent put a $2 million dollar property value under their property profile. When they place the order they can change the price to what they want. This will be during the Property Details step of the ordering process.
